The Surprise Box is an event where you can use your earned coins to enter for a chance to win a special prize. The Surprise Box events are currently available on Android.
How does it work?
Go to the Earn page → at the Surprise Box banner, tap Enter to Win
Choose how many tickets you want to enter with
Tap the Enter button to complete your entry into the draw
Each ticket gives you another chance to win.
If you win
Congrats! One winner is selected randomly and receives the full Surprise Box prize.
The winner will be notified by email and in-app notification.
If you don’t win
Don’t worry, all non-winning entries receive coin rewards.
If you receive a reward, you’ll get an in-app notification with a Claim button. Tap it to collect your coins.
Good to know - entry conditions:
Surprise Box events are available for a limited time only.
Tickets can only be purchased using coins earned from activities.
Prize values and event dates may change between promotions.
