Follow these steps to easily control the types of notifications you receive from Karma across all platforms. Here is how:
On the Karma Extension:
Go to a retailer's site → click the ‘K’ button → click the Settings icon → under Notifications, choose Item Updates or Promotions & Activity → select the options that fit your shopping needs.
On the Karma Dashboard (Web):
Log in to your Karma account → click the Profile icon (top-right) → select My Account → click Account Settings → choose Item Updates or Promotions & Activity → select the options that fit your shopping needs.
On the Karma Mobile App:
Open Karma App → tap Menu → under Notifications settings, choose Push notifications or Email notifications → select the options that fit your shopping needs.
