If you’re not receiving price or stock alerts from Karma, follow the steps below to ensure notifications are enabled on all your devices and platforms. Receiving timely push notifications across all Karma platforms helps you never miss updates on your saved items or favorite stores. Here is how:
On the Karma Dashboard (Web):
Log in to your Karma account → click the Profile icon (top-right) → select My Account → click Account Settings → ensure the relevant boxes in the Web Push column are checked.
On the Karma Browser Extension:
Go to a retailer’s site → click the ‘K’ button → click the Settings icon → scroll down to Promotions and Activity → toggle the relevant options under Push Notifications.
On the Karma Mobile App:
To enable notifications on Mobile, follow these steps in both the Karma App and your phone’s settings.
Step 1: Enable notifications in the Karma app
Log in to your Karma app → tap Menu → scroll down to Promotions and Activity → toggle the relevant options.
Next, follow step 2 and enable notifications from your device settings.

iOS:
Tap the Settings icon → tap Notifications → find the Karma app → toggle Allow Notifications ON → optionally enable Sounds and Badges.
Android:
Tap the Settings icon → tap Notifications → find the Karma app → toggle Show Notifications ON → optionally enable App Icon Badges.
