You can easily customize your notification settings to receive only the emails that matter to you. Log in to your Karma account and follow the steps below:
On the Karma Browser Extension:
Go to a retailer’s site → click the ‘K’ button → click the Settings icon→ scroll down to Promotions and Activity → select Email Notifications → select the type of notifications you no longer wish to receive
On the Karma Mobile App:
Open the Karma App → tap Menu → scroll to Promotions and Activity section → select the type of notifications you no longer wish to receive.
On the Karma Dashboard (Web):
Click the Profile icon (top-right) → select My Account → click Account Settings → uncheck the boxes next to notifications you no longer wish to receive.
Unsubscribe from all future emails:
Open any Karma email → click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom → turn off the switch next to each type of email you no longer wish to receive → click Update my preferences.
Or → Click the link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe from all emails.
Note: Please allow up to 72 hours for changes to take effect.
