How to Delete My Karma Account?

If you’ve decided it’s time to part ways with your Karma account, you can follow these steps to delete your account:

From Karma Dashboard (Web)

1. Go to the Karma website and log in to your account.

2. Click on My Account in the top-right menu.

3. Select Account Settings.

4. Choose Delete My Account.

5. If you’re sure you want to delete your account, confirm by selecting Delete My Account.

From Karma Mobile App

1. Go to the Karma Mobile App and log in to your account.

2. Tap the Menu icon at the bottom right of the screen.

3. Scroll down to Account and Privacy.

4. Under Account, tap on: tap here.

5. If you’re sure you want to delete your account, confirm by selecting Delete.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
