It's easy to keep your Karma account updated! You can edit your profile settings to ensure your Karma experience is personalized to your needs. Here is what and how:
What can be edited in your profile settings?
Gender:
If you’re receiving emails or notifications using pronouns that don’t match your identity, you can select a different gender from the drop-down list. You can also choose not to share this information at all. Editing is available on the Karma Mobile App, Website, and Karma Browser Extension.
Currency:
Are the prices displayed in the wrong currency? Select your preferred currency from the drop-down, and we’ll automatically convert your saved items. Your cash back balance will always be shown in USD by default. Editing is available on the Karma Mobile App, Website, and Karma Browser Extension.
Pro tip: Choose ‘Multi Currency’, especially when shopping outside the U.S. or browsing non-US items.
Language:
Want to receive emails and notifications in another language? Select your preferred language from the drop-down list and we’ll send all future communications in that language. Editing is available on the Website and Karma Browser Extension.
How to edit your profile settings?
To edit your profile settings, first log in to your Karma account on one of the platforms below, and then follow the steps:
In the Karma Mobile App: go to Menu (bottom right) → select Edit Profile → choose the setting you want to update.
In the Karma Browser Extension: click the K button on any retailer’s site → click the Settings icon (top right) → select Profile → choose the setting you want to update.
In the Karma Website: click the Profile icon (top right) → select My Account → choose the setting you want to update.
