Why Can’t I Log In to My Account?

These are the most common reasons you’re unable to log in to your Karma account and what you can do about them.

You entered incorrect login details

Try to re-enter your email and password, making sure they are spelled correctly.

Note: Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that the caps lock is turned off.

You originally logged in as a guest

If you chose to ‘Continue as Guest’ when signing up, you won’t be able to log back in to that guest account.

To keep using Karma, you’ll need to create a new account yourself or ask us to do it for you.
